We have worked within the property industry for over ten years, mainly for a well-known “high street” agent.
From our experience working there, landlords were constantly fed up with void periods, substandard maintenance, lack of communication, along with tenants left feeling frustrated and not listened too, We decided we could do a better job.
After speaking with the Landlords that we worked closely with, they agreed to join us as we made the jump and made the decision to set up our very own dedicated Lettings and Property Management company that would provide a totally Independent, Proactive and Passionate service to Sheffield Landlords, Sheffield Tenants and Investors into Sheffield and surrounding areas. This was over four years ago now, and we haven’t looked back since!
