I have rented my house out through Bruce & Simpson for just over 12 months. I was very unlucky as my tenants withheld rent in their final month and then refused to leave on the date we agreed (completely out of Bruce & Simpsons control). Had I not had Sandie helping me through every step of the way I don’t know what I would have done. They are worth their weight in gold.My previous tenant has unfortunately felt the need to post an inaccurate and incredibly poorly written review of Bruce & Simpson and has even referenced my ‘opinion’ on the company despite never speaking with them during their tenancy as all correspondence was through Sandie.The tenants have left the house in a poor state of repair to be polite, but thankfully Sandie is handling the whole process following on from their departure. I could not have done this without her.If you are looking for a property management company who wants the best for both the tenant and the landlord this is the company for you.

Sandie is the best agent you can ever imagine. She is not only very kind and lovely, but also professional.I was a student and my wife used to work for an agency when we were looking for flats. Few other agents refused our request only because we did not have permanent jobs at that moment. But Sandie trusted us and we also tried to be good tenants for her. I've used Sandie from Bruce & Simpson a few times now so this review is well overdue, my apologies.After letting out our properties myself for a good few years this was the first time I'd passed the reigns to someone else. Being somewhat of a control freak this was quite difficult for me to do but Sandie made the process totally painless.I felt like she was a 2nd ME and knew exactly what I was looking for in my potential tenants.It was nice to have all the paperwork sorted for me as well as the viewings.I always feel bad having to inform the unsuccessful applicants and having a third party to do that for me made me feel less upset about the situation.Tenants are always found very quickly and all the necessary checks and document signing is always done professionally.Now I've finally been able to not need full control I can't ever imagine not using Sandie ever again!!

Sandie is like a breath of fresh air! I had previously used two different estate agents, whom I had to nag to do things. From the word go, Sandie gets everything done, taking great pictures, putting it straight on social media etc and getting the ‘to let’ sign up straight away, and all done very professionally. My house was let on the first viewing, only a week after the previous tenant had moved out!
